sometimes they are easier to notice when ur not outside urself though... its hard but being fully aware while being urself in that moment works tons better but it is harder b/c we cant just be in the moment and be that stacato and acute. we are always comparing and refracting and even refraining. it is hard to be completely open and only see what is completely obvious and directly visible
